WAR ON CHILD PREDATORS

Currently all Internet users are being exposed to charges of possession of child pornography and as such Law Enforcement Agencies are required to take action to secure the safety of innocent Internet users as well as to secure the welfare of children. With that in mind; the following action is being demanded of our legislative government:

"OPERATION TAKE DOWN"

Legally required legislative bill to PROTECT innocent Internet users from criminal charges (and this includes you) as well as for the welfare of children:

We the people, in our perspective communities now come together to take action against "Child Predators" who are utilizing the Internet for the purpose of soliciting Child Pornography in addition to forcing Child Pornography onto computer systems utilizing "Pop Up" advertisements which directly violates Federal Laws (please refer to Federal Laws 18 U.S.C. 2251, 18 US 1462 and 18 U.S.C. 2252A (inclusive of CPPA 1996), and is endangering innocent Internet users exposing them to charges of possession of child pornography do hereby demand the following actions from our local, state and federal government to enact laws to protect our perspective families by banning any and all Pop Up advertisements from all Internet Service Provider's. In conjunction with banning any and all pornography headers referring to or of "Children", "Child", "Teens", "Kiddies" etc..

The following Law Enforcement Agencies are TRUE HEROES to Communities at Large who are standing up and fighting back against societies worst criminal - Child Predators - to protect innocent Internet users from criminal charges! Law Enforcement Agents are ordinary people, doing extraordinary things and they deserve our utmost respect. Federal Laws regarding Child Pornography prohibits any Law Enforcement Agents/Agencies the use of said material even in training purposes. Advertising Child Pornography in ANY FORM violates Federal Law (this includes on the Internet) please refer to Federal Laws 18 U.S.C. 2251, 18 US 1462 and 18 U.S.C. 2252A (inclusive of CPPA 1996) - Every oath sworn by all Law Enforcement Agents requires that you are to uphold all Laws of this Nation inclusive of "Serving and Protecting" members of your communities from crimes being committed by criminals. Therefore in order to uphold Federal Law and to adhere to your sworn oaths as the law is written all Law Enforcement Agents/Agencies are required to Ban Pop Up Ads on the Internet because they contain Child Pornography inclusive of for the Safety of the Public as it is a fact that every Internet User is being exposed to charges of possession of Child Pornography as ISP Blockers do work, but it writes the Child Pornography to the hard drive and there the Child Pornography remains without the knowledge of the user - again, it is a Federal Offense to be in possession of Child Pornography and under the law of "probable cause" innocent people have been and are being arrested for possession. Hence, a legally required petition was devised for Law Enforcement at no financial cost to any Agency in 2006 originally for Captain Dave Hudson & Lt. The child predators behind this horrid operation of advertising Child Pornography in Pop Up Ads are intentionally deceiving the American people by manipulating the news media and utilizing the deficits of resources Law Enforcement Agencies are suffering to combat Child Predators to their advantage. They mock Law Enforcement Agents and perceive you will never figure out how to destroy their advertising crimes against children, albeit "it violates federal law and you are required to destroy it."

This LEGALLY REQUIRED petition to STOP the advertising of Child Pornography in Pop Up Ads is the solution affording Law Enforcement Agencies across this Nation an unprecedented opportunity to fulfill their legal obligation to uphold Federal Law and adhere to your sworn oaths to "Serve and Protect" combating Child Predators and Child Pornography on the Internet at no cost to your Agencies with tremendous benefits for the welfare of Children and Community members at large.

In order to combat these Child Predators you need to STAND UP - FIGHT BACK BE HEROES -camaraderie amongst all Law Enforcement Agencies is essential to set in motion a wave to sweep this Nation for the welfare of Children and community members alike.

Once your community members are apprised of how prolific this operation is, and the danger it places them in (possession) - they will step up and ensure that you receive proper funding to “serve and protect” them. But they need to be apprised of the WHOLE TRUTH, ISP blockers work, but it throws the photos of crimes against children on their system and there they stay without the knowledge of the user, under the law “all you need is probable cause” and they can be arrested. You apprise your community members that you do not want to inflict such anguish upon them and you will see a fire storm of help from your communities derived from the shear panic and rage over what is transpiring. The cause of this action will carry the affect of commanding the respect from your community members and gaining direly needed resources, which is something you do not have at present time.

Use and maintain the news media to combat these predators, BE HEROES that you already are, you just need to become as equally as aggressive as they have become for the sake of children and community members.

The impact of stopping the advertising of Child Pornography in Pop Up Ads on the Internet will have a global impact and considering statistics indicate 50% of the worlds child pornography is being generated from the United States it is the obligation of Law Enforcement Agencies in our Nation to take the initiative to launch an aggressive attack on societies most vile criminal; “Child Predators”.

Personal note from Angel: Allowing the current level of hatred and distrust from community members at large defeats the purpose of the well being of the entire population. All Law Enforcement Agencies and individual agents possess the power to yield for the benefit of the masses, yet you have failed to yield that power; this has been to the detriment of children and ultimately to the detriment of Law Enforcement Agencies across this Nation. Law Enforcement determines the balance of the well being of our society; it is now necessary for Law Enforcement to "re-establish" that balance.
